Antivirus on mobile devices. Yes or No?
In our opinion, the answer to this question is unambiguous and it is - definitely yes. With the exception of Apple devices, which are a closed, strictly developer-controlled ecosystem bound by a large number of security rules. These are, to a large extent, a guarantee that you will not just get infected. On the other hand, devices operating mainly on today's probably the most widespread Android platform definitely deserve their antivirus. And not only to protect against malicious code, but it is possible to use antimalware applications for other, interesting purposes.Great features are often neglected, but still very well functioning - protection against misuse, theft, tracking functions, the ability to control the phone remotely, etc.
A great thing is, for example, the ability to take a series of high quality photos on a stolen mobile device, often directly with the staring person "Offender". If you send that person a photo of the stolen mobile phone on his own photo with the message “I know where you are! return my mobile phone and nothing will happen to you J ", then there is a high probability that you will meet your mobile pet again soon. The ability to completely block the phone, or at least delete the set and switch to the factory settings remotely is ingenious.
On the other hand, the antimalware protection function itself is, at first glance, a rather marginal function. Although, of course, this is not the case. Antivirus on mobile will be appreciated especially by those users who control their bank account, house, office, car with a mobile phone… Our experience tells us that antiMalware / antiVir / antiStealth / antiSteal is a very effective tool for protecting common mobile devices supporting all these functionalities… applications from ESET - Eset Mobile Security. Available at all our branches.
We are also happy to perform installations on individual devices and their subsequent integration into the central management console. You then have mobile phones under control from one place. Just great.
